Leadwork

Lead is one of oldest roofing materials, favoured for its versatility and durability. Lead can be shaped into almost anything making the hardest of roofing details easy to weather tight. When fitted correctly lead will last multiple life times. Lead, although expensive initially, will outperform any other product on the market making it a very economic choice with great aesthetics giving your property/project a very traditional feel.

Sadly, the craft and skills required for fitting leadwork are on the decline and it’s worth noting that lead when fitted incorrectly can fail within the first ten years.
